Solution stage: Once goals or gaps are defined, we move into the research phase. I research internal roadblocks that might impede change, identify strengths and weaknesses of any stakeholders and then define a path to the solution. Sharing info stage: This stage is where I present the findings. It’s an open, honest, none judgmental but sometimes vulnerable conversation.
Planning stage: It’s time to define what areas you want to focus on, who will participate in the process, what tools and resources are needed, and how to prioritize. I present the risks versus rewards of tackling each finding, and you define what is best for you or your organization.
Implementation stage: Time to execute. This is when we roll our sleeves up and start creating change. I love this part of the process, but I know change isn’t always easy. I make this stage as seamless as possible and we communicate along the way to make sure you and your team have clarity and support.
